The Guild of Residential Landlords is a national organisation providing help and advice for private residential landlords and letting agents in exchange of an annual membership fee. We are similar to a landlords association.

Check prospective tenants for County Court Judgements, The electoral roll, Credit information, Mortgage repossessions, CIFAS, GAIN and The Tenants Registry. All for £4.95+VAT (on-line).
Changes in the law
Keeping members up-to-date with changes in the law by holding meetings, seminars and providing a regular "guild alert" by email. The Guild also provides a manned help-line that is available from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday every week.

A normal buildings rate of £1.20 per thousand for buildings insurance £1.05 per thousand for portfolios £1m +, £1.03 per thousand £3m +, underwritten by Zurich with extra benefits including the definition of buildings includes landlords contents!
