Please select the type of property you require information about

• 1 or 2 storey House let to no more than 2 persons or one household

Select this option for a one or two storey house that is only let to one or two people, or if more a related family for example 2 bedroomed house let to two sharers, or a four bedroomed house let to one family.

• 1 or 2 storey house let to more than 2 persons or more than one household

Select this option for a one or two storey property that is let to more than two unrelated shares for example a four bedroomed house let to four individual unrelated persons sharing.

• 3 or more storey house in multiple occupation let to more than 2 persons or more than one household

Select this option for a larger, three storey or more property let to sharers for example bedsit and student type accommodation. Where this type of property has five or more occupiers, a licence will be required.

• Flats and conversions that have not been constructed to building regulations

Select this option for a building that has been converted into flats and that conversion is not up-to current building regulations i.e. it is not a new build.

• Flats and maisonettes constructed to "current" building regulation standards

Select this option for new build flats and maisonettes
