The Guild of Residential Landlords is pleased to be offering CEAlink as a provider of energy assessors for producing Energy Performance Certificates for landlords.
From 1st October 2008, it will be a requirement for landlord to provide prospective tenants with an EPC. The certificate will last 10 years.
CEAlink is a simple website and after registering with them, you can request quotes from energy assessors in your area by completing one simple form.
The huge advantage of this system is that you should receive quotes from several assessors, none of which know what the other is quoting. Therefore providing you with the most competitive quote possible.
