DISCOUNTED BUILDINGS INSURANCE FOR GUILD MEMBERS
One of the best ways to achieve the best rates of insurance for buildings and contents on rented properties is to join a landlords association because of their massive buying power. Obviously you need to take into account the annual subscription fee of the association. In the Guilds case, this is £70.00 per annum (private landlords and couples). In addition to getting great rates of insurance, we also offer a whole wealth of other services.
