The cost of annual subscription is:-
- £70.00 (Gold) per annum Individuals, private companies and couples
- £120.00 (Platinum) per annum Letting agents
Tenancy agreements and notices etc. are sold separately. The normal costs are £6.00 for tenancy agreements and £2.00 for other documents including possession notices. However, this includes unlimited prints and downloads and includes free updates for as long as you remain a member of the Guild. There are also many free documents and standard letter templates.
