Costs
We only make a charge if we locate a tenant
£4.95 + VAT (£5.82 Inc. VAT) when carried out on-line.
£5.95 + VAT (£6.99 Inc. VAT) when carried out by post or fax
The charge can be passed onto your tenant and if no result is found, you will not be charged.

Where does the information in the Tenant Vetting Service reports come from?
- The Electoral Roll County Court Judgments (England and Wales)
- Scottish Decrees (Scotland)
- Credit Information shared among the UK's major financial institutions and retailers
- Council of Mortgage Lenders records on repossessions
- CIFAS (The UK's Fraud Prevention Service) provides information about applications for credit suspected to be fraudulent.
- GAIN (Gone Away Information Network) shares information on customers with outstanding debts who have moved home without providing a forwarding address.
- A search of the tenants registry, a list compiled by members of the Guild reporting on good and bad tenants.
