The report will last for 30 days if it is to be used for the rent guarantee service.
Costs
£14.95 + VAT (£17.57 Inc. VAT) when carried out on-line.
You will only be charged if a result is found and the charge can be passed onto your tenant.

- Council of Mortgage Lenders records on repossessions
- CIFAS (The UK's Fraud Prevention Service) provides information about applications for credit suspected to be fraudulent.
- GAIN (Gone Away Information Network) shares information on customers with outstanding debts who have moved home without providing a forwarding address.
- A search of the tenants registry, a list compiled by members of the Guild reporting on good and bad tenants.
